Freight and operations:
To keep our customers updated with accurate data and schedules, we collect information for each shipment that has been running through our system. That information, including handwritten material, printed documents and electronic data, is considered company asset. Our systems are protected against unauthorized access and data loss.
Worldtrans Air-Sea Service A/S does not sell, trade or rent specific customer information to a third party. This includes our account numbers, names, addresses, phone numbers and emails.
Some applications on our website worldtrans.dk are password protected and require a login. We collect information from registered users of these applications for internal marketing and communication with registered users.
We place safety checks on incoming information and content on our website and on the information we send out. Worldtrans Air-Sea Service A/S website ensures to provide our customers fast access to information about their shipments, while customer data is protected and kept confidential.
Traffic on worldtrans.dk can be tracked to help us improve the website. Individual information about the user will not be shared with a third party.
When you visit our website, information about you is collected and is used to customize and improve the content of our website. If you do not want information collected, you should delete your cookies and refrain from using the website.
What is a cookie?

When do we collect and process personal information about you?
We collect and process personal information about you when you use our website, or you as a customer, supplier or business partner are part of a relationship with us.
Types of personal data
We collect and process the following types of information in connection with visits to our website. Contact form: Name, phone, email, account number.
As a customer, supplier and partner with us, we collect and process the following personal data: Name, e-mail, telephone, company name, address, (other personal information in your customer system / CRM)
The information is collected for the following purposes:
• Processing your purchase and delivery of our service
• Conclusion and fulfillment of contract / agreement
• Customer service and general communication by contacting us per mail, phone or letter
• Managing your relationship with us
• Processing your delivery of goods to us
• Operation and optimization of our website
We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or illegally deleted, disclosed, lost, impaired or misunderstood, misused or otherwise treated in violation of law.
We collect, process and store only the personal data necessary to fulfill our intended purpose in order to fulfill a contract or other legal obligation.
Data is kept up to date
As our service is dependent on your data being accurate and up-to-date, we ask you to provide us with relevant changes to your data. You can use the contact information above to notify us of your changes, so we will update your personal data. If we ourselves become aware that data is not correct, we will update the information and notify you about this.
We will store your information for the time allowed under applicable law and we will delete it when no longer required. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when personal data is deleted.
Disclosure of Information
We use a number of third parties for the storage and processing of data, including suppliers of IT and backup solutions, external HR support, auditors, lawyers, carriers. These only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. In relevant cases, data is passed on to banks and debt collection companies. In connection with booking, personal information is passed on to our Partner SHIP LOG, which is the independent data controller for processing the personal data after receipt.
We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
You have the right to gain insight into which personal data we process about you. You can also object to information being used at any time. You may also revoke your consent to the processing of your information. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to be corrected and you have special cases entitled to have your information deleted before the time of our regular deletion. Inquiries regarding this can be made to the WORLDTRANS AIR-SEA A/S contact person listed at the top. If you want to complain about our processing of your personal data, you also have the opportunity to contact the Data Inspectorate.
If you send an application with a CV and other relevant annexes to us, the submitted material upon receipt will be read by the relevant manager and HR in order to be able to answer and evaluate the content in relation to a specific job or in connection with an unsolicited application.
Application, CV and annexes can be shared internally with relevant persons in the recruitment process and are not passed on to others outside the company.
Application, CV and documents are saved until the right candidate is found and the recruitment process is completed.
If we want to save your application, CV and documents for more than 3 months, a separate consent will be obtained from you.
Subsequently, the application, CV and documents will be deleted.
For unsolicited applications, the application, CV and appendix are stored for a maximum of 3 months, after which it is deleted. If we want to save your application, CV and annex for more than the 3 months, a separate consent will be obtained from you.
REMEMBER that when sending documents with CPR and health information, the sending of the documents must take place via encrypted e-mail – therefore, if possible, avoid submitting information on CPR numbers and health information in your application.
